Jeremy nodded and headed outside

Marcus chuckels "Alright. You still have my adress?"

Kol followed after him.

"Well, I was hoping I could see where you work. Are you at home?" she asked.

"Yeah. If you want we can meet at my office." Marcus reponds.

"I'll be there shortly." she said and climbed out of the cab to get the hot chocolates.

Marcus frowns, "Wait just so I'm clear. Meet at my office?"

"So man, whos the new blonde girl?" Jeremy asked to start off the conversation

"Yes, you silly boy." Mattie said, laughing.

"That's Marcie. She's pretty freaking awesome." Kol said with a smile. "Are you seriously out here to gossip?"

"No I came out here to tell you Melissa was in town if you wanted to see her. I know she wants to see you." Jeremy said "Also to tell you to practice your curve ball before the game this weekend." he added chuckling

"Why would I want to see my ex-girlfriend?" Kol asked, confused. "And I don't know what you're talking about, the coach says my curve ball is perfect."

Marcus chuckels, "Alright. I'll see you there."

"I was joking about the curve man. But Im serious about Melissa. You can deny it, but i know theres a part of you that still cares. If you did,t you wouldnt have come by when she was in New york that one weekend. Just... think about it." Jeremy said

"Jer, I'm sorry. I really couldn't care less what your sister is doing, or why she's here, or the fact that she's here. I'm busy with Marcie, and I don't need your drama filled sister holding me back." Kol said, shrugging. "Yes, that weekend, I still cared. But she moved. I told her to go. Does that not tell you how I feel? I don't care anymore."

Mattie smiled. "See you soon. And you better kiss me this time." she teased.

"But did you really want her to go? Dude, she was here tonight. She saw you with Marcie. It killed her." Jeremy said "Shes not the same since you guys broke up. Shes crying alot. Shes miserable. I just... I miss my sister."

"That's your problem, Jer. Not mine. She is my ex girlfriend. I'm not her guy anymore. I'm branching out, meeting new people, like Marcie. I'm enjoying being single." Kol said, shrugging.

Marcus smiles, "I'll see you there." He says and hangs up."

"Wait, Marcie isnt your girlfriend?" Jeremy asked

Mattie smiled as they hung up and got another cab. She headed for Marcus' office.

"Not yet." Kol said, and glanced behind him at the bar.

Jeremy shook his head "Whatever man. I gotta go pick up some friends at the airport. Ill see you at practice."

Marcus gets there opens up his office.

"See ya." Kol said and went back inside.

Mattie showed up not long after. "Hot chocolate soothes the soul." she said and held a cup out to him.

Marcus smiles, and takes a sip of the coco, "Almost perfect. " he says and takes out a flask, "You want any? Its rum."

"No thanks." she said, smiling. She looked around a bit. "Nice office." she told him.

Jeremy went to the airport and picked up Layla, Aaron and Mallory.

Kol eventually went home and relaxed.
