A couple days later, Kol showed up at Jeremy and Melissa's apartment, looking like he hadn't slept in days. He hesitated for a moment and then knocked.

Melissa went to his favorite bar to see if he was there. She saw him and walked over and sat beside him. She ordered a few whiskey shots for herself then looked at kol. She placed a finger under his chin and lifted his face to meet here's "kol..."
