Liss finally pulled up outside a motel. The sky was dark, and it was late at night.

Liss yawned and found the card she wanted to use before walking out to get them a room.

Orlando bundled after her, trying to carry all his papers and books while balancing the jar with the eye in it on top.

"My god, if you're bringing that, stay outside while I get the room," she hissed, then forced a smile and walked inside, getting a room and scarpering once she had the key.

Liss turned him around and directed him to the room, opening the door and escorting him in.

Orlando dumped the pile on one of the beds and sitting down on it. He jumped up with a yelp, and carefully moved the jar which he had previously been sitting on."You," he said to it "are getting annoying now."
