Backstory:Christopher grew up in a home with a mother, father and slightly younger brother, Tom, with whom he was best friends with until the age of about 5, when he started school. Since that time, they had become worst enemies, with Chris believing Tom to always be trying to cause trouble and worry to his parents, and a source of constant annoyance to him. Chris was informed at the age of 9 that Tom was adopted and had gone to live with his real parents. Since then, Chris discovered and developed his powers over the course of his teen years, keeping it a secret from his parents until he was 15. They then told him about Camp half-blood, but he did not know that Tom was there. When he arrived at Camp, they became good friends and remained so after they left, despite taking very different routes. He returned to Australia where he rediscovered his love for surfing.
