"Can I buy you a drink?" Mav asked 
Jenna sat at a booth at the burger shakc and bit her lip gently. This wasnt the idea she had in mind when she asked him to meet for a drink. She was thinking a tavern or a pub

Killian walks in and sees her and waves then walks over.
Cinder shakes her head, "I'm good."

Justin hugged him back. "It's good to see you too." He paused. "Can I come in for a drink?"

Cinder goes back to her sketches and takes another sip of beer.

Justin nodded and opened the door "What can i get ya?" 
Mav sighed and ordered himself a yuengling 
Jenna smiled and waved "Hey you."

Killian smiles, "Hey yourself." He says as he sits down to join her.
Cinder scratches her head as she furiously erases and tries to redraw.

"So how was your weekend with your kids?" Jenna asked
Maverick got up and walked back over to his brother who laughed and walked over to Cinder "Hey, Im Nathaniel."

"Um yeah. Cinder." She replies not looking up and giving a wave of her hand as she focuses on her drawing.
"It was nice. I took them to the zoo and we went on a small camping trip."

"Are those mechanical parts?" Maverick asked looking at her paper 
"That sounds fun. Im sure they loved getting to spend time with you." Jenna said ordering a small snack and a drink

Cinder finally looks up as she holds her pencil, "Yeah. Its just some ideas for the parts I need to make, but the curve on this one piece is at an awkward angle, and I'm trying to figure out how I would fit it in with everything else."
Killian nods and orders a burger with sweet potatoes fries and a hard cider, "You sure you don't want something else? They have really good food here. And sorry that this isn't the fanciest place, with everything going on I needed a place to just relax."  He then points to a plaque near the stage, "See that there? I use to come here and sing and play here every chance I got."

Jenna smiled "Im not some high maintenance Aphrodite girl." She said laughing "And yeah Im sure. Trying to watch my weight."she said before raising an eyebrow "You play?" 
Nathaniel nodded "Tell me more, maybe I can help."

Killian nods, "It helps me to think, but I haven't done it in a while due to everything that has been happening."
Cinder gives a bit of a face, "I think ill be fine. besides, challenges like these give me something to do. the trickier the task, the more I enjoy it."

Nathaniel smirked "I see that. Im a lawyer, so I understand all about that. Well, i was a lawyer. Im about to change my major. Im no good at it." 
Jenna smiled "Well now that its over maybe you can pick it up again."

Cinder looks at him, "Well how many trials have you done?"

"Only one so far. But it was a really big one and I almost lost it." Nathaniel said blushing 
Jenna smiled as their food arrived

Killian chuckles, "Maybe."
Cinder sighs, "Well there's your problem. You just don't have enough experience yet. Go out, and feel what its like, 'Failure is not an end-it is a means to an end. Study your failures for they are the scrambled secrets of success.' " Cinder says as she quotes from a book that she had remembered.

Nathaniel chuckled "Youre quite smart, you know that?" 
"Maybe you can teach me on our next date." Jenna said as she bit into a fry

Cinder blushes slightly, "Oh. Um...thank you."
Killian smiles, "Ill look forward to it then."

Justin walked in and smiled. "You got any wine by chance? I've been wanting some ever since I went to England but it's not a good idea going to court with alcohol in your system."

Jenna smiled "So tell me more about your children." 
Nathaniel smirked "May I sit?" He asked gesturing to the empty chair beside her 
Jax nodded "Yeah, Ive got a nice glass of Cab in the pantry." He said smirking before pouring two glasses

Justin smiled. "Sounds perfect."

Jax handed him one before sitting on the couch "So whats up?"

"Not much." Justin said, sipping his wine. "The big news is that I'm going to propose to Dawn."

Jax raised an eyebrow "Wow man, thats major."

Cinder shrugs, "Sure I guess. I have to head back to my shop soon anyway."
Killian takes a sip of beer and a bite, "Well Makenzie has her mother's knack for knowing things about others and Ryan has her heart. Both those are just something special."
